Both. Depending on your needs, our work may include psychotherapy, coaching, or a blend of both. Because this is a private-pay practice, sessions can move fluidly between emotional processing and forward-focused coaching in a way that insurance-based care does not allow.

Self-pay therapy allows for more flexibility, privacy, and depth than insurance-based care. Sessions aren’t limited by diagnoses, rigid treatment plans, or time constraints, so the work can be tailored to what you actually need.

I commonly work with professionals and creatives navigating stress, burnout, people-pleasing, boundary challenges, identity transitions, and emotional fatigue. This work is well-suited for individuals who are high-functioning but feel internally overwhelmed or misaligned.

I am a PhD-level, licensed psychotherapist with  experience working with adults and teens. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with coaching-informed work to support both emotional depth and meaningful change. Treatment plans are individualized and may incorporate CBT, DBT, EMDR, and coaching strategies as needed.
